Do I need to be a CFMEU member to purchase merchandise?

No, we welcome guest shoppers or member shoppers.  If you are a member, by logging into the webshop area,  the site will automatically save your details should you wish to return to our webshop in the future.

Can I purchase goods by using my credit card?

Yes.  Upon checkout you will be directed to the PayPal website, which is a secure site.  With PayPal, you can use your bank account or credit card, or money in your PayPal balance to pay online more safely, quickly and easily at thousands of websites in Australia and around the world.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to purchase from your site?

No.  However you will be directed to the secure site of PayPal where you can pay by bank account, credit or debit card and feel secure knowing your financial details are never revealed.

Does the advertised online price include GST?

Yes. The advertised price online already includes GST.

How will my goods be delivered?

Your goods will be delivered by Australia Post.  In most instances it will be by Express Post Bag.  The only exception will be for the baseball cap and the cotton t-shirts where they may be delivered by ordinary post if only one item is purchased (stand alone item).

When will I receive my item?

Delivery can take up to 5 business days from date of payment, especially for country destinations.

Delivery Delays - Stock Availability problems?

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

I am having problems purchasing products via the shopping cart, who can I contact for help?

Please call our office on (07) 3231 4600 and talk to our admin staff who can help you with regards to your purchase.

Return Policy:

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products if the items are still in the original sale condition, original packaging and on presentation of the original online sales invoice.  Items must be returned within 14 business days if you require a replacement or refund.  The cost of returning an unsuitable item will be borne by the customer. We will only reimburse the cost of returning a product if the refund is due as a result of our error. 

Privacy:

The CFMEU is committed to protecting your privacy.  You will be asked for information that is relevant to your transaction or to satisfy legislative requirements.  Your information will not be used for marketing or provided to any third party.
